Syracuse Man Shot on S. Salina Street

Police were called to the 2800 block of S. Salina Street at 12:30pm this afternoon and found a 32-year old man shot in the thigh.

He told investigators two men approached him, got out of a grey Nissan and began arguing with him for no apparent reason. While arguing with him, one of those men pulled a gun and shot him.

The two men reportedly got back in the Nissan, driving north on S. Salina St. then west on W. Brighton Ave.

One of the men was wearing all black, and the other was wearing a matching green and brown outfit according to police.

The victim’s injuries are not considered life-threatening.
