I live in a 100 year old home in Erieville. My favorite hobby is work on that old house and it keeps me busy. This year, I put on a new porch floor and fixed the siding outside and put in a new floor upstairs. It was too much for me to tackle, but usually I try and do my own work with some help from friends and family. I am a single Mom with three beautiful children. My oldest, Darian and his wife Erin are close by and have a new home in Minoa. I am a Grandmother to a 2 beautiful little girls named Morgan and Madison. My daughter Alana, is a Math teacher in the Syracuse School district. My youngest ,Tucker, is still at home and is in the ninth grade this year. They are all country music fans. I have been in radio for many years and in fact, my mother was a radio personality. I guess that is where I get it from. I get a real kick out of doing charity work and attend many of the events here in CNY. I would have to say that the CMA win was the high point in my career. It just doesn't get any better than that and it is thanks to you who listen to us and support us each and every morning. It wouldn't have happened without you. In my mind, it was a win for Central New York. I love working with Tom Owens. We have quickly become best friends.

Tuesday is Valentines day. If you are newly single, this can be a hard time. I am newly single and I am making a vow this year to make it the best one yet. I plan on treating myself to a pedicure. I will buy myself something special for lunch and I will cook a fabulous meal for Tucker. I will buy my new, dear friend a Valentine Card and a piece of chocolate. I am going to have a fabulous day. I will show my love to my friends and family. They are truly the greatest gifts I could have. - Becky
A winter weekend without snow - are you kidding me. This week we saw 70 golfers at Foxfire golf course - in February no less. This is the screwiest winter I've ever seen. No snow, ice, wind or white outs - or school closings. Where are we? Carolinas?
One week from today, Tom and I will be headed out to do a broadcast from Jamaica. I can't wait. I have never been there, but I hear it is incredible. We are staying at a Sandles resort. I have stayed at different Sandels and have never been disappointed. I am sure it will be fun. It is more of rainforest type of area, which I will love. Tune in next Wednesday and Thursday as we showcase the area for you. We will talk with guests from the area and discuss all the in and outs of taking of trip such as this. I hope you tune in- Becky
I have had an incredible week. First, we were nominated by the Academy of Country Music Association for Radio Personalities of the Year. After that I had to speak as a featured alumni at Onondaga Community College whose big celebration was about honoring 50 years and the New SRC Center. I just about broke into tears that night on stage. It was so emotional as O.C.C. was where I studied Radio/TV and they sent me on my first job interview in radio and that kick started my whole career. I got to thank the college that night and talk about the nomination by the A.C.M. It truly was a magical moment in my career. I am so blessed. - Becky
What is your favorite food for the upcoming Superbowl? OK Pizza is number one but there are many other great foods as well. Becky likes chips & dip but won't have it on the table (too fattening). Me....I like wings, lots of munchies and of course beverages.

The world's most expensive hot dog has debuted in Vancouver, costing $100 for the foot long dog infused with cognac, lobster and kobe bee. The inventor says he used 100 year old cognac that costs more than $2,000 a bottle. It is called the Dragon Dog in honor of the Chinese New Year. The dog is nestled Japanese Kobe beef from hand massaged cows that are seared in olive and truffle oils, loster shreds and picante sause. Not sure I even want to try it. - Becky
