I live in a 100 year old home in Erieville. My favorite hobby is work on that old house and it keeps me busy. This year, I put on a new porch floor and fixed the siding outside and put in a new floor upstairs. It was too much for me to tackle, but usually I try and do my own work with some help from friends and family. I am a single Mom with three beautiful children. They are all country music fans. I have been in radio for many years and in fact, my mother was a radio personality. I guess that is where I get it from. I get a real kick out of doing charity work and attend many of the events here in CNY. I would have to say that the CMA win was the high point in my career. It just doesn't get any better than that and it is thanks to you who listen to us and support us each and every morning. It wouldn't have happened without you. In my mind, it was a win for Central New York. I love working with Tom Owens. We have quickly become best friends.

A new study has shown that stress makes women ugly. Researchers in Finland have found that guys judge women with high levels of stress less attractive--and much prefer to see women chilling out.
You notice they didn't study the guys? I think stressed out men are ugly too. -

We don't always hear about the positive stories in natural disasters like what Moore, Oklahoma experienced yesterday. When we do though, they touch our hearts so much. We couldn't believe what we saw here in this video as a woman finds her dog ALIVE AND WELL in what once was her home. This all happened live on air to make it even more remarkable.
The world is getting bigger – and so are its people. In 1981, fewer than one in nine people were considered obese. My youngest went to the junior prom Saturday night. He was invited to the Fayetteville-Manlius prom. We all went over to one of the kids houses to take pictures before they left. The kids had chipped in to get a limo for the evening. I was not alone when I say how emotional it was for me. He looked so handsome in his tux. It was in the moment I realized that my boy has become a man. Tucker now drives and even saved and bought an old pick-up truck. He works part-time and is very diligent in his goals in life. He knows he wants to be a mechanic after college. I feel him sliding away into adulthood. I am glad to see he is flying...but it breaks my heart to think of him no longer as my baby. I guess I am the one who has to let go. - Becky
When it comes to cheating, we all have different interpretations of what that means. For example, apparently as you get older, the less you see kissing someone other than your partner cheating. A HuffPost/YouGov poll found that 74% of those 18-29 consider it cheating if their partner kissed someone else on the lips. Only 53% of those ages 30-44, 38% of 45-64 year-olds, and 30% of those 65 and older felt that way. Just Asking … Do you consider kissing cheating? Has that changed as you’ve gotten older? Does it matter what kind of kiss it is? - Becky
