It's been dubbed the 'world's most incredible treehouse'. Semi-retired architect James Curvan created the structure for children in Terrell, Texas. Steve and Jeri Wakefield recruited Curvan to create it for their grandchildren. The 100sq ft treehouse features an outdoor staircase with four landings, suspension bridge, and a zip line. Inside it is air-conditioned and has two sleeping lofts, a kitchen with a working refrigerator, a foyer, a dining area and stained glass windows. James Curvan told County Line magazine he listened to the kids before designing it. "They like certain colors, certain animals, and other things. I listen to what they want and then design from that," he said.
