Over 50% of Americans think pot should become legal. Many agree it's something we can raise needed revenue via a tax.  It may add jobs - But, on the other hand it's something that may lead to other drug abuses. Maybe....This issue is controversial and seems to come up every so often.  What do yopu think?

I must admit I'll miss the basketball competition of the Big East. But football really is the money game in college sports. So get ready for Miami again - these were some of the best games I remember and I'm glad we're back at it again. The competition for football is better in the ACC - simple right?  There's no stopping this train and the ACC is poised to gobble up more Big East schools. Who's next? UCONN and Rutgers.

What a day - Scotty, the winner of American Idol is with us today. We're taking Q's on facebook and will talk about his career and his future recording plans. And later Amber catches up with Lauren the runner up.

This is a wild story - Can you imagine a photo of you (NAKED) on Google maps for the whole world to see? That's what happend to a lady in Florida. She was in the privacy of her home patio when a photo was taken and put on the map function. YIKES - Nobody would want to see me that's for sure.

Really! Yesterday was day one and Becky and I ate the first of many bizzare food items. The Tim Horton's Cheeseburger Donut, really. It's all donut but looks like a burger and taste great - All proceeds go to charity. Thanks Tim H. Let's see....next up maybe a fried mounds bar.....a fried pickle....hmmm How about you?

It's here again - the NYS Fair and a renewed promise to find all things new to deep fry.  It's getting a little weird now that they are highlighting things like - the deep fried candy bar wrapped in bacon. Are you kidding? This is a heart attack waiting to happen. What do you think would fry and taste good? Think of anything,... OK - how about deep fried....hmmm...Baloney & Ketchup Sandwich. Got something better - tell me.

I think the guy was creepy anyway and now he's history.  What will they do to replace him? Can you think of a  new mascot for the burger giant?

Enjoy this weekend because summer is getting shorter and winding down.  All those things i wanted to do? Hmmmmm, still got a list filled with undone activities. How about you? Better get to it. Enjoy!

You know how much I love Florida - But should I go in the summer? It's pretty hot and humid, but - can it possibly be any hotter or more humid? I don't think so - This has been a hot summer and may break some weather records if it keeps going this way. But I don't care because I love the hot summer weather. Just wait - it'll be cold and windy with school closings etc before we know it. Enjoy the summer and have a cold drink to boot.
